Spring Carnival Time

The Michigamme PTA Spring Carnival Committee is very busy planning our spring carnival which will take place on Friday, April 30, 2010.  Each grade level will be creating a “themed” raffle basket and each classroom is being asked to donate items for these baskets which will be raffled off at the end of the evening.  There is always quite the variety of interesting items placed in each basket.   The committee is trying to put together additional raffle baskets beyond the grade level baskets.  If anyone has anything to donate or knows of any businesses that might be able to donate something to this good cause, please contact Sharyn Wendt (810)  984-4742. 

My School is Cool

February kicked off the beginning of the My School’s Cool program, so save your receipts from the Birchwood Mall.  We can gain points from these receipts and win cash for our school.  You can deposit these receipts in the Michigamme locker located in the food court at the mall or there will be a My School’s Cool box located in the office at Michigamme for your convenience.  Look for a flyer that will be coming home soon with your child with further details
