Port Huron Area School District
Crull is a Title 1 school . The Title 1 program is one of the nations' oldest and largest federally funded programs. It provides school systems with funds for those students that are at risk of failure and are living at or near poverty.
The purpose of the Title 1 program is to ensure that all children have a fair, equal and significant opportunity to obtain a high quality education. To qualify for Title 1 funds at least 40% of the students at the school must be enrolled in the free and reduced lunch program.
